The Widow's Walk Ice Creamery is situated on the banks of the Ohio River in Southern Indiana, directly overlooking the Louisville skyline. We are located across the street from Ashland Park, and the Ohio River Greenway. You can view absolute gorgeous sunsets over the Falls of the Ohio, and a beautiful view of the Louisville, Kentucky skyline at night!
We serve over 20 flavors of hand dipped ice creams. People come from all over, besides our friends in Louisville, Kentucky, to enjoy ice cream with a view (nearly 10,000 visitors each month during peak season)! Our menu includes MANY specialty sundaes, like our famous "Proud Mary Peanut Butter Cup Sundae" (warm brownies topped with our Peanut Butter Cup ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry)!
We offer traditional favorites like banana splits, floats, hot fudge sundaes, milk shakes, malts, smoothies and all of your favorite hand dipped ice cream cones (cake or waffle cones and waffle bowls).
The Ohio River Greenway starts directly in front of us. There are picnic tables, park benches, public restrooms, picnic pavilions, and a playground located just across the street in Ashland Park. A visit to Widow's Walk will be a memorable day for the entire family! We hope to see you and your loved ones soon!
